Phone & SMS verification
Business enquiries require mainland China phone verification. Once enabled, clicking Send code sends the number and code to Tencent Cloud SMS for verification delivery, not marketing. Only a keyed digest of the code is stored; it expires in five minutes, allows five attempts and cannot be reused after submission. Expired challenge records are removed on later code requests, not by a scheduled job. A necessary browser-binding cookie expires after 30 minutes. The phone number and verification time are saved with the enquiry for authorised administrators. No mini-program account is created or linked.

This notice describes information handling in the current QICHEN corporate website. Website enquiries are handled through Qichen Robotics Technology (Jinhua) Co., Ltd. Links to other company or team introductions do not automatically share your enquiry with those entities. Use the contact page for privacy questions.
Information you submit
The enquiry form collects your name, email, topic, message, page language and consent; organisation is optional. Submission time and processing status are recorded. These details support receiving, responding to and following up on enquiries. Do not submit unrelated sensitive details such as identity numbers, health information or financial accounts. You can browse public pages without submitting a form.
Essential sessions & security records
Administration and internal integration are not publicly accessible in this stage; visit analytics remain disabled. SMS verification uses a necessary browser-binding cookie, and enquiry endpoints keep abuse-prevention records. There are no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Infrastructure may create access logs; configuration and retention must be verified before launch.
News, media & external links
News supports long-form, image and video stories; public content must be verified, while drafts and local demo content stay private. On-site video uses an embedded player without autoplay. External-platform and registration links lead to services governed by their own privacy notices. Opening an introduction or filtering news does not automatically send enquiry messages.
Storage & access
Enquiries are stored in a separate website enquiry database for authorised internal handling and cannot be queried through a public endpoint. Closing a page does not delete a submitted enquiry. This version has no configured automatic enquiry-cleanup schedule. Specific retention periods and periodic cleanup arrangements remain to be confirmed; you can request deletion as described below. This notice does not promise an unimplemented automatic-deletion mechanism.
Access, correction, deletion & withdrawal
To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent associated with an enquiry, use the contact page with necessary identifying details such as the original email and submission date. Do not proactively send additional sensitive information for verification. Withdrawal does not affect processing previously based on consent.
Minors & notice updates
This corporate website is not a child-registration or companionship service. Minors should seek guardian assistance before submitting enquiries; do not include children’s personal information.
